Chester Gregory
Images Theatre Company is thrilled to have presented our Motown Celebration with Chester Gregory. This was a show-stopping production, filled with some of the greatest Motown hits of our time. Chester Gregory was the perfect choice for our debut with his stunning voice and commanding stage presence. We were proud to have worked with him, and to have brought this unforgettable tribute to our audiences. We look forward to showcasing more great performances like this one in the future.
The Eve of Jackie
Broadway veteran Chester Gregory joins Images Theatre Company to celebrate Black History Month 2020 as he takes us on an unforgettable journey through the life and times of the electrifying singing legend Jackie Wilson.
We Are The Ones...
"We Are The Ones" is the story of three youth that are swept up and transported back in time by two Ancient African spirits. As they are led through historical occurrences, each youth comes to terms with their own past, and is forced to analyze their own choices. By looking back at the foundations laid by their ancestors, they decide what contributions they will make in their present and future.

The best of Legacy and We Come From Greatness, this is compelling story of the journey through African American History, culminating in the Black Lives Matter movement.
We Come From Greatness
A journey through history that highlights the regal African Kingdoms, the horror of the trans-Atlantic slave trade and the experience of slavery, Jim Crow, the Civil Rights movement and continued racial struggles in America.

A one-man comical exploration of diversity written and performed by veteran actor Donald E. Lacy Jr.

A zesty comedy written by Lisa Lacy challenges the stereotypes and gender biases in a conservative black church where only men preach.
SOLOMON'S STOREFRONT
A human story by Lisa Lacy about life, loss, the aging process, youth and what it meant to be a Black man in America in the 1960s

A collection of vignettes, poetry and prose that honors and celebrates the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and African-American History.

Written and performed by Lisa Lacy, this play spoke to the hearts of all who encountered tragedy and sought healing.
HALLELUJAH CITY
This musical featured riveting original gospel numbers that pulled on the heart strings while leaving theater-goers singing and dancing in the aisles. Inspiring yet thought-provoking.
A Cold Day in Hell
Written by Jan Quakenbush, this compelling one-man show tells the story of Charlie, played by David Inniss, a troubled man grappling with the paralysis of his wife from a car crash. Charlie takes the audience on an emotional roller coaster as he unpacks his rationale for forcefully pulling the plug on his wife who is on life support. He contemplates suicide as he creates what he believes is his final message to his children, and the world.
